Returns


Changes are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt according to the receipt documents. For returns that exceed the 14-day period, All4shoes.at reserves the right to reject the return of the product. All returned items must be in the same condition as you received them, without signs of wear or use.


If the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at your expense.


Return Conditions


The above conditions must be fully met for the return of the order to be accepted. Returns without prior notification will NOT be accepted.


Return Procedure


In all cases where you wish to return the product you purchased (size/color/model change or replacement), you must either place a new order online with the products you wish to receive and indicate in the comments at the end of the order that it is a change, or contact us at +436504544495. Additionally, you must send the product(s) you wish to return to the address Mollardgasse 26/3, 1060 Vienna, so that we can forward your new order! The cost for an exchange is €3.00 (return of the product) + €5.00 (shipping of the new product) = €8.00. Exchanges are made at current prices. Product exchanges are only made through the company Ludwig Seibel e.U.


Refunds


You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase made through our online shop without stating any reasons or providing any explanation (withdrawal without cause). The right of withdrawal is exercised when you wish to return the product you purchased from our online shop and receive your money back.


The aforementioned period of fourteen (14) calendar days for exercising the right of withdrawal begins the day after you or a person you have designated as responsible for receiving your products (other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the purchased goods.


Incorrect Deliveries

Defective Products


In the event of a defect in the product we sold you, you can: (a) request its repair free of charge unless this is impossible or involves disproportionate costs, or (b) request its replacement with another product, or (c) withdraw. The above obligations of our company cease to exist if the defect has been caused by you, or the returned product shows dirt, damage, scratches, creases, and generally creates the impression that it has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its suitability, or by force majeure in the narrow or broad sense. In any case, the products must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and the receipt documents. You must exercise your above rights within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of your products, this period starting the day after the receipt, and in any case, you must have returned the product to us within this period.
